TruePayUSA provides payment processing services to merchants, including a free statement analysis, pricing consultation, and ongoing account management. The free statement analysis is provided at no cost and with no obligation. The analysis report is yours to keep whether or not you choose to work with TruePayUSA. The analysis is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee of savings, or commitment to provide processing services at any specific rate.
3. No Guarantee of Savings
While the statement analysis identifies areas where processing costs may be reduced, TruePayUSA does not guarantee specific savings amounts. Savings estimates are based on the information provided at the time of analysis and may vary depending on transaction volume, card mix, business type, and other factors. Any savings figures referenced on this website or in marketing materials represent averages and are not a promise of results for any individual business.
4. Processing Agreements Are Separate
TruePayUSA is an Independent Sales Organization. Payment processing services are provided through acquiring banks and processing partners. Any merchant processing agreement is a separate contract between the merchant and the applicable processing partner. Use of this website does not create a processing agreement or obligate you to enter into one.
5. User Submissions
When you submit a processing statement or other business information through this website or any linked form, you represent that you are authorized to share that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. TruePayUSA handles all submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. You may request deletion of your submitted documents at any time by contacting support@truepayusa.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TruePayUSA, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from TruePayUSA.
