Security and Compliance

Zoho holds ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, and ISO/IEC 27018 international security certifications and is SOC 2 Type II compliant across Security, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, Availability, and Privacy.

AES-256 Encryption: When you upload a merchant statement to TruePayUSA, your file is encrypted at rest using AES-256, the same standard the NSA approves for Top Secret classified data and is used across global banking to protect account information. Your statement is unreadable in storage without authorized access.

TLS 1.3: Every connection between your browser and the TruePayUSA intake forms is secured with TLS 1.3, the current industry-standard transport encryption protocol. Your contact details, statement uploads, and form submissions cannot be intercepted in transit.

SOC 2 Type II: All customer relationship data and submitted statements pass through Zoho’s SOC 2 Type II audited environment, an annual independent audit of the design and operating effectiveness of security controls against the AICPA’s Trust Services Criteria.

TruePayUSA only partners with platforms that maintain current, independently audited security standards.

Independent Sales Agent

TruePayUSA operates as an Independent Sales Agent (ISA) for payment processing services. Payment processing is provided through acquiring banks and our registered processing partners. Any merchant processing agreement is a separate contract between the merchant and the applicable processing partner. TruePayUSA selects partners based on strict standards for transparency and reliability. Processing terms, rates, and policies are governed solely by the respective partners.
