Our Promise to You
TruePayUSA does not sell personal information. We do not share your contact details, business details, or uploaded statements for third-party marketing. We use a small set of third-party tools to run the site, communicate with you, and measure our advertising.
Who This Site Is For
This site is for business merchants exploring payment processing options. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
What We Collect
We try to collect only what is needed to serve you, run the site, or meet legal requirements:
- Contact and basic business details you submit through our forms.
- Merchant statements you upload for the free analysis.
- Information collected automatically when you visit, such as IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps.
- Information we receive from payment processors for verification and underwriting.
How We Use It
To analyze your processing costs and prepare your statement analysis; to quote service and connect you with payment processors and sponsoring banks; to support onboarding; to operate and secure the site; to measure advertising; and to prevent fraud and meet legal and payment-industry requirements.

We share information only with the parties needed to deliver what you asked for or to run the business:
- Payment processors and sponsoring banks.
- Service providers that support our operations, including Zoho (forms and CRM), Proton Mail (email), and Google (Analytics, Ads conversion tracking, and Tag Manager).
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information for third-party marketing.
Security
Statements uploaded through our intake form are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Statement uploads and customer records run on Zoho’s SOC 2 Type II compliant platforms. We use Proton Mail for business email.
Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. When we run Google Ads, Google uses cookies to measure ad performance. You can manage Google ad personalization at https://myadcenter.google.com. Third parties such as Google may collect information about your activity on our site and across other sites over time.
We also use NitroPack to deliver pages faster, and Zoho Forms to host our Contact and Free Statement Analysis forms. These third parties may set cookies on your device.
When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept All, Reject All, or Customise. You can change your choice at any time using the Consent Preferences button on any page.
Your Data and Your Choices
We keep your information only as long as we need it. If you upload a statement for a free analysis and do not become a customer, we delete that statement within 60 days of sending you the results. If you become a customer, we keep your information longer to support your account and to meet legal and payment-industry rules.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you gave us at any time. Just email hello@truepayusa.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain information when the law or payment-industry rules require it.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date.
